5–50 unit apartment buildings in secondary markets. We know this asset class inside out — the tenants, the maintenance patterns, and the value-add playbook.
Value-Add Properties
Properties with upside through renovation, better management, or lease-up. We execute the business plan and report the results monthly.
Stabilized Portfolios
Already performing assets that need institutional-quality management to protect and grow NOI over the long term.

Primary MarketNorth Memphis, Raleigh, Berclair, and surrounding submarkets. High rental demand, strong Section 8 participation, and value-add upside throughout.
Expanding Markets
SecondaryMontgomery AL, Columbus GA, Indianapolis IN, and select Midwest markets. Evaluated on a deal-by-deal basis.
